How do you ensure my glassware arrives safely?
We take extreme care in packaging our delicate barware. Each item is wrapped in custom-fitted protective padding and shipped in double-walled boxes to ensure it survives the journey to your home bar.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 5-7 business days.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bitters, syrups, or other perishable bar ingredients.
Do you ship your bar tools and books internationally?
Yes, we ship most of our market items worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific destination.
Are your cocktail syrups and bitters organic?
While not all ingredients are certified organic, we focus on sourcing high-quality, natural botanical components and house-made infusions to meet the professional standards of our Death & Co bars.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders quickly, we can only make changes within 1 hour of placement. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to update your shipping address.
